Which platforms does Steadel support?
Shopify and WooCommerce today. The ads guard connects to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads; Google Ads is on the roadmap.
Does Steadel need access to my customers' data?
No. We request read access to products and inventory only. Customer data never reaches our servers — and that's verifiable in the OAuth consent screen when you connect.
What happens when a product is restocked?
Ad sets that Steadel paused are resumed automatically once stock crosses your threshold again. Campaigns paused by a person stay paused — we never override human decisions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, self-serve from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. You can export all your data as JSON before you go.
How is support handled?
